Once a month meditation day in schools
I opt to create a public school system where there were required yoga days for all NYC schools. The last friday of every month should be a yoga day. If your absent that day you have to make it up with 4 yoga classes. Meditation should be a daily ritual at schools.
The only power that exists is love.

The change of seasons is
a wake up call where you say you want to make a different path for myself. I'm going to make a big positive change and set an example for others.

When you look for a different way of doing things with a different perceptive you may get to the answer.
Spend some time in meditation. Meditate for answer. Spending a few moments in quite meditation is valuable time that can save you time.

Oxygen increases the connection to the divine.
The angels say they're messages are carries on the molecules of oxygen, which is why we must breathe deeply and exercise to help us come to epiphanies.
Spend time outdoes to find inner answers.
