RAW FOD MOVEMENT

I want to change my life.
I want the thirst I used to have.
I will make efforts to do just that, and will begin with my body.

I will change my life through my stomach.
I will improve my health through by breathing.
I will feel better, think better and love better.

I've taken the first healthy step by attending a yoga teacher training program but now its time to tackle the diet.

I'm going RAW.

play the notes
of my life in melodies

chaos
symphonies
as beautiful as the still of a sea

pulling at my heart strings
as wind pulls the leaves on a tree

if passion
does not turn to wealth
does that mean a life unfulfilled?

the keys play the melodies
of my aching heart
hand to key
hand on me

live
with pride
as if thats all one needs

compassion
for the notes of yesteryear
still present on a piano key

compassion
don't forget it
you might have nothing else
but compassion is what keeps life going

water in its roots
