Earth element. Imagine the soles of your feet firmly panted on the earth, as if you have roots
inhale and exhale though the nose. The root is the chakra thats says I AM HERE. I BELONG.

Water element. Sacral chakra, the pace of the whom and creativity. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Imagine water, as if a waterfall is flowing through the crown of your head.

Fire element. Solar plexus. Breathe in through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Imagine a candle being lit, the fire breath moving up into your solar plexus.

Air element. Heart chakra. Breathe in through the mouth and out through the mouth. sometimes out hearts need to be dusted, to be reawakened and rejuvenated.
