Feed the Muse Meditation
Our soul has a selected purpose that must be lived out on earth. Your soul is eager to guide you.
At birth, we have forgotten our divine origin.
Our soul wants to remind us of our destiny, carrying within it the seed of memory. That divine aspect of us as human, which is capable of eventual reunion with spiritual realm. This seed of memory provides the drive and motivation to see our souls evolutionary purpose fulfilled.
A life lived from a place of soul inspiration infuses the life with greater meaning, aligning with its destiny. Offering deeper fulfillment. Living our lives authentically from soul expression, connecting inside to the souls true voice, is to be set free and to live our life from the reality of TRUE KNOWLEDGE.
ANCIENT RITUAL OF REBIRTH- WE MUST BE BOR AGAIN.
Allowing our minds to quiet to set into hat we already know.
You have to grow from the inside out.
none can teach you.
None can make you spiritual.
There is no better teacher then your own soul.
Guided shamanic meditation to your own soul.
Come into your breath.
Connect with your inhale and exhale.
Notice your breathe.
Earth element. Imagine the soles of your feet firmly panted on the earth, as if you have roots
inhale and exhale though the nose. The root is the chakra thats says I AM HERE. I BELONG.
Water element. Sacral chakra, the pace of the whom and creativity. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Imagine water, as if a waterfall is flowing through the crown of your head.
Fire element. Solar plexus. Breathe in through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Imagine a candle being lit, the fire breath moving up into your solar plexus.
Air element. Heart chakra. Breathe in through the mouth and out through the mouth. sometimes out hearts need to be dusted, to be reawakened and rejuvenated.
Throat chakra
Third eye chakra
Crown Chakra - open to the sky of possibility. open to the great flow of life. Allow the body to find its own rhythm. We can connect to the rhythm and the flow of your own soul.
Allow yourself to keeping inside of yourself. Full of all kind of images and messages
Our souls ar eager to speak with us. To give us information. To help us on our daily journey and human and spirits.
Human. Spirits.

Full moon summer solstice 2016
http://tesswhitehurst.com/5-little-ways-to-celebrate-the-full-moon-summer-solstice/
Watch the sunrise. Granted, it’s early. Heck, it’s the longest day of the year, so the sunrise literally doesn’t get any earlier. But getting out of bed early and making a trek to a nice sunrise-viewing location (if you don’t have one in your backyard) will be a deeply satisfying way to experience and honor the sun’s most glorious day. Furthermore, you’ll find that it will spark your sense of wonder and provide a powerful infusion of magical mojo that will last throughout the year.
Have a drink to the sun. Possibly in tandem with the above recommendation, enjoy a cup of ginger and/or cinnamon tea with the sun. Make a cup for yourself and one for the sun, and offer a toast of admiration and thanksgiving, possibly working in a request that he provide you with a potent dose of his radiant power and confidence.
Set an intention that feels right. If you saw my recent video post, you know that my intention for this year’s Solstice is to surrender to love’s deepest bliss. Considering the dual energies of expansion and release at work during the solstice (especially a full moon solstice!) it feels right to me to work in an opening to that which I desire (love and connection), as well as a release or surrender of all that stands in the way of that desire. In other words, when phrasing your Solstice intention, consider the mechanism of opening up to the full brightness of the moment while also allowing yourself to let go of any old stuff that no longer serves. To do this, consider incorporating there phrases “surrender to,” “open up to,” or “allow.”
Free your spirit. This Solstice, the time is right to honestly assess the beliefs and habits that have been weighing you down or holding you back. For example, have you been keeping yourself small out of the belief that it will make others more comfortable, or out of the fear that being yourself will scare people off? Or telling yourself negative stories about yourself that limit your truly fabulous nature? Or maybe you’ve been pursuing a goal or attempting to perpetuate a status quo that just isn’t nourishing your soul. As you observe the awesome power of the sun this Solstice, shine light into the dark places and choose to free your spirit of any oppressive old paradigms. Then, put on some music and dance.
Have a dunk in a moving body of water. Even when it’s not the full moon, the Solstice is a time of both solar and lunar energies, as it’s the time when the sun moves into the lunar, watery sign of Cancer. Of course, the full moon energy adds an extra dose of cleansing water magic into the mix. So even if you just stand ankle-deep in a stream, place yourself in a fresh, moving body of water and let it cleanse, invigorate, and rejuvenate your soul.

Green Medicine with Peeka Treacle
http://www.peekatrenkle.com/about_peeka/
Peeka- homeopathic consultant, herbalist and intuitive healer. School of Homeopathy
Homeopathy sees symptoms as the expression of the vital force, the reactive power within us. The symptom is seen as an adjustment, a movement towards healing. They are the way in which the individual expresses where healing needs to happen. It is important to know how to read symptoms and to see each person as a unique individual whose particular suffering differs from any other.
Over the last few generations we have steadily lost our ability to use herbs for nourishment and healing and have forgotten how to use local flora to treat illness. It is common, when faced with serious conditions, to believe that herbs are quaint but impotent and that pharmaceutical drugs are the only common are the only effective treatment for illness. All of the work of healing has been relegated to the "experts" in both mainstream and alternative fields. But the real expert is NATURE herself, and one only begin to look and listen closely in order to begin to understand the immense beauty and intelligence of our environment and the plants that live here with us.
